Nourishment is a primary need for men, having healthy food is a duty each man should respect for his body's sake.
Orecchiette and cabbages (for four)

400 gr. of orecchiette
800 gr. of cabbages
150 gr. of lard
50 gr. of grated pecorino cheese

Preparation:

Clean, wash, cut and boil the cabbages, but half way through add in the same pan the orecchiette and finish cooking. Drain and season with the cheese and pinch of pepper. In a small saucepan let the lard cut into pieces melt and pour it onto the orecchiette with the cabbages.


Cavatelli and turnip tops (for four)

400 gr. of cavatelli
1000 gr. of turnip tops
2 salted anchovies, breadcrumbs and pepper
1 dl of extra virgin olive oil.

Preparation:

Clean the tops of the turnips and wash and boil them in salted water. Half way through cooking add the cavatelli and finish cooking everything. Drain and pour the saucepan where anchovies and breadcrumbs have been previously browned. Sauté for a few minutes, add abundant pepper and serve.
